Prior to this appointment, Enyinnah served as the deputy minister of operations, Executive Council. Enyinnah previously served as the chief operations officer with the Edmonton Police Service, after serving as executive director in the Value and Impact Division. Before moving to Edmonton, he spent 9 years with the Government of Saskatchewan, holding a variety of roles, including chief of staff to the Minister of Justice and Attorney General, chief of staff to the Minister of Economy, and executive director of Strategic Initiatives and Evaluation. Enyinnah holds a BA in political science from the University of Regina and is currently pursuing an MBA at Carleton University. He is also a TEDx speaker and co-founder of the REET Institute, a non-profit that focuses on financial literacy for high school youth.
