Solomon Ngoladi is the Officer, Office of the Whistleblower within the Enforcement division of the ASC. In this role, he administers the ASC’s Whistleblower Program, which among other things, involves engagement with whistleblowers, investigating reports of potential securities law breaches, formulating policy and designing processes as well as leading stakeholder engagements and public awareness initiatives. Previously, he was an enforcement and cooperation advisor at the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO), the securities market global standard-setting body. Before that, he worked as an enforcement counsel at an overseas securities regulator where he advised on several enforcement files and presented cases before securities administrative panels. He also practised as a lawyer, focusing on business law, civil and commercial litigation in Nigeria before transitioning into securities regulatory enforcement.
