Nailah Gordon-Decicieo made history in 2022 as the first Black Crown Prosecutor in Lethbridge, Alberta. Recognized by the National Bar Association’s ‘Nation’s Best Advocates: Top 40 Under 40,’ she graduated from McMaster University, the University of Windsor, and the Norman Manley Law School. With a decade of multi-jurisdictional litigation and general counsel experience, Nailah excels in making an impact in and outside the courtroom. For two decades, she advocates for marginalized groups, mentors future lawyers, and builds up communities. As the newest Board Member of the Southern Alberta Ethnic Association, she continues to champion social justice and empower the next generation.
