Samuel (Sam) Hope is a highly experienced senior executive with wide-ranging expertise in Risk Management, Physical Security and Business Continuity. He previously served as a Detective Constable with the Metropolitan Police Service in the UK, before emigrating to live in Calgary in 2000. Since that time, he has been a Youth Pastor, Stay at-home Dad, Corporate Security Executive for an Ultra-High Net Worth family, and then was the first black Senior Manager employed within a municipal administration, directly overseeing 2,800 employees. Sam is currently a Senior Director with the Government of Alberta and is also the co-founder of Committed2 Change Consulting (C2C), a boutique workplace solutions company that focuses on leadership and conflict resolution training, and the conduct of in-depth workplace investigations for both private and public institutions, including the Canadian Federal government.
